What are Vector Files or Source Files?
Simply put Vector Files (aka Source Files) are required if you intend to use the Logo for larger print applications and/or manufacturing purposes. If you want to print your logo on t-shirts, billboards or signs, vehicles or products, stationary or posters and so on? Vector Files are what you need!
What Information should I supply?
After placing the order you will be prompted a series of questions about the business such as industry, name, tagline and other design preferences such as color and examples of other logos you like. The brief is the most crucial step of the entire process as all my future work will be based on it.
What are Unlimited Revisions?
The unlimited revisions apply to 1 or more of the included number of designs you have purchased. It guarantees as many modifications until perfection is achieved on any active order. Note that revisions refer to alterations within your initial concept and does include a completely new concept.
Are there any types of Logos that you don’t create?
Yes I don’t create adult themed logos and I don’t create logos for drug paraphernalia or related industries. Plus mascot logos and logos with complex custom illustrations will also not be accepted and I also don't modify or recreate existing logos from other designers.
How long will it take?
Once you have placed the order, an order questionnaire file will be sent to you. When you message me your completed questionnaire, I will begin to work on your project. Your initial logo concept will be delivered within 3 days of you placing the order and submitting the order details, any revisions requests will be completed within 24 hours or by at least 48 hours the latest.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your digital item to request a refund. To start a refund you can contact us at sachi@4email.net. If your refund is accepted, we will initiate the refund request, the refund will be processed it will take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, based on the acquiring bank and issuing banks processing time.
Is your payment method secure?
Yes, this is secure connection your credit card information is safe. Your details remain private to you as we do not collect your credit card details. We accept all internationally accepted visa/master/amex debit/credit cards.
