Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your digital item to request a refund.

To start a refund you can contact us at sachi@4email.net. If your refund is accepted, we will initiate the refund request, the refund will be processed it will take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, based on the acquiring bank and issuing banks processing time.
